GOAD · Group of Prayer at a Distance
GOAD is a strategic digital evangelism initiative led by Church Fire on the Altar, designed to cross borders through WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet. Each weekly one-hour meeting listens to prayer requests, offers encouragement through prayer and shares the Word of God.
Its purpose is not to retain people in virtuality, but to help them connect with a healthy local church, or with a daughter or sister congregation of Church Fire on the Altar when available. Once the person is firmly integrated into a local community, GOAD concludes its accompaniment successfully.
